Please note that we require a minimum stay of 3 months and we are ready to welcome you with a stress-free experience whether your stay is 3 months or longer-term.
All our apartment units are fully equipped with facilities such as kitchenette, kitchen equipment, plates and bowls, cutlery. General facilities do include keycard access system,24/7 CCTV, modern elevator and swimming pool. Electricity is charged at 8THB/unit and and water is 16THB/unit and are charged according to actual use. Other facilities include Spacious Balcony, Smart TV, Cable TV, Ultra-Fast Private Internet, Fitness Room, Car Park and many more. ULTRA-FAST INTERNET IS FREE AND IS INCLUEDED IN THE RENT.

3. In the case of a juristic person, Company certificate / VAT registration Certificate 20 is required. 4. In case of there is pet. Pet's certificate (Of vaccination)
5. Cash Deposit (Equivalent to 2 months Rent)
