MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT:
1 month or longer. In case of not able to complete the whole month, the full month rate will apply.

Electricity: 5 THB/unit (Government Rate)
Water: 13 THB/unit (Government Rate)

1 month’s rent is required immediately upon a positive confirmation of room possession to be transferred to our company’s account (GREENDESTINY CO., LTD) detailed below. This will be withheld as a deposit to cover room damages and this initial payment has nothing to do with the rent. The first month rent is due on the first day upon arrival.Upon check-in:
Read and sign a contract, furniture list and pet-agreement (if any), this will be provided by us for you. After completing all formalities, kindly pay the first month rent upfront on the day of check-in before moving into the room.

- Studio Unit is subjected to a max. stay of 2 persons only
- One Bedroom Unit is subjected to a max. stay of 2 persons only
- Two Bedroom Unit is subjected to a max. stay of 4 persons only
- Occasional outside guest(s) stay overnight is allowed (subject to approval by the management) but must submit their ID’s prior to their arrival for security reason.
ONCE YOU HAVE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD WITH THE BOOKING, HERE ARE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
- STEP 1. TRANSFER TO OUR COMPANY'S ACCOUNT (ACCOUNT NAME: GREENDESTINY CO.,LTD ) EQUIVALENT OF 1 MONTH RENT (WHICH WILL BE HELD AS YOUR DEPOSIT). THIS SERVES AS YOUR COMMITMENT TO PROCEED AND GO AHEAD WITH THE BOOKING AS WELL AS ROOM DAMAGES COVER.
- STEP 2. FORWARD US THE PAYMENT SLIP
- STEP 3. WE WILL, IN TURN, ISSUE YOU A RECEIPT (WHICH WILL BE A GUARANTEE OF YOUR ROOM). DATE OF RESERVATIONS ARE WRITTEN IN THE RECEIPT CLEARLY.
- STEP 4. A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, WE WILL SEND YOU INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ROOM, INCLUDING ALL CONTRACTS WHICH ARE MEANT TO BE SIGNED ON YOUR ARRIVAL AND ALSO WIFI PASSWORD AND CHECK-IN PROCEDURE.
- STEP 5. ARRIVE ON THE DATE AND SIGN THE CONTRACT, FURNITURE LIST AND PET-AGREEMENT ( IN CASE YOU HAVE PETS)
- STEP 6. TRANSFER YOUR FIRST MONTH'S RENT (BEFORE MOVING INTO THE ROOM). KEYCARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU AS SOON AS ALL FORMALITIES ARE DONE AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
